Enrollment/Registration for 2021-22 school year

Drop in registration will not be accommodated. Please read through the enrollment direction below. Call the registrar, Lynn Nguyen, 303-982-4163, if you have questions. 

Step 1 - Prior to Enrolling - Verify that your address is within GHS boundary

How to determine my assigned neighborhood school

If your address is outside our boundary we are unable to enroll your student. Please contact your home school to enroll.

Step 2 - Update JeffcoConnect. For current students, make sure your contact information is up to date. Contact us, 303-982-4200, if you do not remember your username or password. If you are new to Jeffco, create JeffcoConnect account.

  • Families new to the district MUST create an account on JeffcoConnect.
  • Enter student information for each student you need to enroll in Jeffco.
  • Drop off copies of the following documents to the school to enroll:
    • Birth certificate
    • Immunization records
    • Two proofs of residency (lease/mortgage agreement with parent's name, utility bill)
    • Parent's photo ID
    • Custody, guardianship papers, parental agreements  (if applicable)
    • Copy of transcript
    • Behavior record and attendance and/or truancy documents
    • Copy of IEP, or 504, if applicable
  • If your student has an Individual Education Plan (IEP) for special education:
    • We will not be able to enroll your student without the IEP.
    • A SPED manager will reach out to you to discuss the IEP.

Step 3 - Enroll for School, enrolljeffco.org

  • Follow the online process on enrolljeffo.org to enroll.
  • Drop off the paperwork. We must have all required documents to enroll. We will not be able to complete enrollment if there are missing required documents.
  • Falsified or withheld information. In the event that any information is falsified or withheld, approval for admission and continued enrollment may be immediately withdrawn.

If you are a prior Jeffco Public Schools and are returning to the District 

  • Do Not set up an account on JeffcoConnect.
  • Log into JeffcoConnect to update your existing account with any changes in address or contact. If you do not remember your user name and/or password, please call the school, 303-982-4200.
  • Once you have updated your account, drop off all required documents listed above to re-enroll your student.
